Dave Pais

Dave has been shooting since he was young as part of Boy Scouts. He spent 22 years in the military, both Army and Air Force where he was very involved in marksmanship training either as a student, instructor, or operating ranges. He competed in high power rifle competitions and attended the National Matches at Camp Perry, Ohio. In 1996 he won his competitive class at the Nationals.

Dave took his passion for shooting and started obtaining various instructor certifications through NRA, USCCA, US Archery, and Sig Sauer. Dave attended the NRA Training Councilor Development Workshop in 2023 and was certified as an NRA Training Councilor, the highest instructor rating possible.

When not teaching, Dave is usually found at the range shooting simply because he wants to stay one step ahead of his son, Jack and daughter, Ali who are great shots in their own right!
