Our family were all introduced to the shooting sports at young ages and it's been a life long passion for us. Dave has been instructing for many years as a military instructor, BSA Merit Badge Councilor, and NRA Instructor. In 2020 Dave decided to form Pais Firearms Training, LLC to meet the increased demand for good firearms training primarily in Eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire regions. As soon as Jack was eligible to instruct, he also obtained his NRA Instructor ratings and has joined the team.
